Fresh Seafood Shipping & Return Policy – Fish Tale

At Fish Tale, we’re dedicated to delivering fresh seafood with care and precision. This policy covers shipping areas, handling practices, returns, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Delivery Locations & Timings

We deliver within Mumbai and Navi Mumbai only.

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM qualify for same-day delivery.

  • Orders after 11:00 AM are scheduled for next-day delivery.

2. Safe Packaging & Handling

Every order is:

  • Cleaned and portioned as per your request

  • Packed using food-grade vacuum pouches or thermocol boxes

  • Delivered with ice or gel packs to maintain freshness

We prioritize hygiene and freshness at every step.

3. Delivery Partners & Notifications

Deliveries are made via our in-house team or trusted logistics partners.
You will receive delivery updates via SMS or WhatsApp.

4. Delays in Delivery

While we aim for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Traffic disruptions

  • Operational issues

In such cases, we will keep you informed.

5. Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the perishable nature of seafood, we do not accept returns.
Refunds or replacements are available if the product is:

  • Damaged

  • Spoiled

  • Incorrect

Conditions for claim:

  • Report the issue within 1 hour of delivery

  • Provide clear photo or video evidence

  • The product must not be consumed or altered

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement via phone or WhatsApp.
After processing or dispatch, cancellations are not accepted.

7. Refund Processing

If eligible, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
